Maggee Nelson
Co-Founder + Search Partner
Maggee Nelson brings 15 years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, and retained executive search. As a retained search partner, she takes a consultative, relationship-centered approach—working closely with boards, search committees, and hiring leaders to guide complex decisions with clarity, care, and confidence. Maggee began her career in Human Resources with Capella Education Company before moving into retained executive search with Chandler Group and DHR International. For the past eight years, she served as an Executive Recruiter and Vice President at CohenTaylor Executive Search Services, partnering with nonprofit and mission-driven organizations on senior leadership searches. She currently serves on the board of TreeHouse - a youth serving mental health organization, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Superior in Corporate and Community Health Promotion.
Beau Bye
Co-Founder + Search Partner
Beau has 15 years of experience in search and talent acquisition. He has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to his clients through his ability to guide committees and hiring managers through comprehensive and equitable search processes, and for his ability to proactively identify and recruit exceptional leaders. Beau spent the last decade of his career as Vice President & Executive Recruiter with CohenTaylor Executive Search Services where his practice has been focused on executive level placements with nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. He has worked with local and national clients who are making an impact in sectors such as poverty alleviation, education, health and human services, philanthropy, climate and environmental conservation, and arts and culture. Beau received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Parks of Lake Superior Foundation.
